Return & Exchange

  • In case of a customer’s simple change of mind or wrong purchase, the shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility (6000 won for both ways).
  • Damaged goods can be exchanged or returned within seven business days for free. 
  • In case of missing products in delivery, wrong delivery, etc., the merchandise can be exchanged or returned for free of charge. 
  • Product defect or damage should be reported to the customer service department as soon as possible with a picture of proof via email or a phone call. 
  • Destroyed or damaged product due to the customer’s misuse, the merchandise will neither be exchanged nor refunded. (except the destruction of the box for checking the product) 
  • Items you are returning should be unopened and in any original packaging. If the product value is noticeably destroyed, the merchandise will neither be exchanged nor refunded. 
  • Exchange and return will be available within seven days (including holidays). Please contact the customer service representative first. 
  • When damaged after used or worn, the product will neither be exchanged nor refunded.
