Inspired by Shim Jeon and Ahn Jung-sik’s distinctive blue-and-green landscape painting style, this framed scarf reinterprets geese in various formations into a single composition.
This work by Ahn Jung-sik illustrates a mountain journey poem by the Tang dynasty poet Du Mu and forms a pair with Dowonmunjindo. The piece highlights meticulous blue-and-green landscape techniques, characterized by sharply defined mountain peaks, exaggerated overlapping mountain ranges, and highly decorative coloring.
